Hi,

As I am sitting here writing this I am wearing my new Panache Tango Balconette Bra. The tags are still on as you recommend I wear this for 30-60mins to see if it's right for me. This advice alone really put me at ease when ordering from your website. I was amazed that it arrived today after only ordering on Friday night, amazing!!I already know the tags will be coming off and this bra will be my best friend. I feel lighter, minimised, lifted and have a better posture which is truly amazing being the size 18H that I am.Bra shopping has always made me sad, never finding ones that fit me in store and being embarrassed with fittings knowing that the sales rep won't be able to find your size on the rack. My experience buying bras at your Prahran store was exceptionally positive.

I had been waiting to buy a correct fitted bra since I stopped feeding my daughter 2 years ago.With the intention of increasing exercise, I visited the store for a supportive sports bra. I walked out with 3 different bras (everyday, impact sports and yoga)!

When putting on my t-shirt over my new bra I exclaimed “oh, I look so skinny now!”. The sales person was knowledgeable, informative and extremely helpful. And obviously a good sales person!

I had another great time at Brava yesterday with Chloe M (had to duck in to use my $15 birthday voucher before it expired) and arrived home to see an invitation for feedback within the folds of tissue paper around my new bra. I have been shopping here long enough that I thought it was time I did. I won't buy bras from anywhere else, as the service and range cannot compare. Coming from regional Victoria and being a 10G bra size, stock, style and service has been possible but not always pleasurable. A few years ago I was diagnosed with a left brain cavernoma and found myself having to fly to Melbourne quite often to see a neurosurgeon and it was on one of these trips that a google search for small back, big cup sizes bra lead me to your store.

I had THE most amazing experience and stocked up and refreshed my bra wardrobe. Since then I have returned to your store as a customer a couple of times on more recreational visits, most recently when in the second trimester of pregnancy. The staff at the CBD store talked me through possible options for when I was in hospital and may need some posted to me as I can't just do that cheap Big W run for feeding bras and they took notes on my account for future.

The service really wowed me when last week when I terrifyingly unexpectedly, gave birth to my 27 week old baby girl by emergency cesarean and was flown to the Mercy Women's Hospital. Isolated, unorganised and feeling very helpless (and huge as my milk developed) I rang a contact number on your website and was talked through those options again. I didn't realise I had been put through to a particular store (Prahran), but the young lady checked stock in both her's and the CBD store, set stock aside and when my in laws arrived they were able to travel by train to the city and pick them up for me. They raved about how lovely the staff were and helpful and the relief at putting on proper crops rather than Big W shelf bra singlets for tiny girls that mum had Picked up in Mildura as an emergency before I flew out was amazing!

I look forward to my supply settling and coming back into store when my mobility improves to get my hands on some more supportive maternity bras from you as our 12 week journey here in Melbourne continues.

Hi Lin and Maxine,

Last week I walked past your Highpoint store as I searched for a fancy dress costume for my little boy. Later that week I went to DJ's in the city to find a t shirt bra. The four bras I tried were a complete disaster and I left shuddering and a bit flat. Today I decided to try again and thought (unoptimistically) I would check out your shop, just in case.

I think it was Regina who helped me, and she was completely brilliant. In less than 5 minutes she had me in a t shirt bra that actually makes me look smaller and narrower. On the strength of that I also tried 3 regular bras, the third of which is also perfect. Regina was just SO good, professional, friendly and spot on. AND, it only took 15 minutes from start to finish.

Thank you for the best bra shopping experience I have ever had (really!!) and honestly I don't think there is anything to improve.

I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you about the fabulous experience I had in your Highpoint store on Saturday.

After visiting Myer and having the fitter there crinkle her nose at me and say she didn’t have anything big enough, to try Bras N Things and then going there to have a skinny no-breasted woman look me up and down and suggest I get something made, you can imagine I was feeling shattered.

I made my way to your store, quite teary, walked in and met Regina. She smiled at me and I instantly felt warmth and relief. I explained my morning to date, she said she was certain we’d find a solution to my quest. She was amazing!

The garment I was initially looking for was a strapless bra. I needed this to wear the following day to a wedding and I was sure it would be easier to find chickens teeth! Regina helped me try on several bras and we found the perfect fit.

I then decided that I was on a roll and given I’m due to be married in 2 weeks, put the challenge forward to find the perfect undergarments for my wedding day. Regina walked me through several styles and again success! I now have the complete “kit” for under my wedding suit.

Finally I thought let’s get an everyday bra too. Again, Regina was knowledgeable and empathetic and helped me to choose something comfortable and pretty (and that didn’t look like something a construction company holds up a building with) And surprise surprise! We found my waist again! Marvellous!

Regina is an amazing ambassador for your products and your store. If she could be cloned and distributed to your other venues: I’d recommend this!

I specifically sought out your store after struggling to find appropriate bras to fit my body and helpful advice at mainstream stores. Today I was looked after by Regina and trainee Siobhan. Hello, I just wanted to let you know that Anna from Brava Highpoint provided such amazing customer service when I recently shopped in the store. I was visiting Melbourne from Adelaide and spent close to an hour and a half in the store with Anna where we tried close to 20 different maternity bras. She was so incredibly helpful and had so much knowledge. She really understood my needs and knew every single bra that was in store that might be suitable. Buying a bra when you are big chested is difficult enough and even more difficult when breastfeeding, but with her help I wouldn’t be sitting here comfortable in a maternity bra for the first time in three months! Just wanted to provide some feedback. Yesterday I drove from Rowville to Prahran because I have so much trouble finding bras to fit. I'm quite wide to the sides and smaller in the back, and most retail stores only have larger sizes starting from 14 up. On entering the store, I had Rachael R attend to me. She was great. She listened to what I wanted and bought bra after bra in to me.. showing a lot of patience and giving a lot of advice. I wanted a couple of every day tee shirt bras and something a bit more special. (So many larger bras are ugly and uninspiring). I ended up purchasing two bras in a smooth cup, and one very pretty lace bra in raspberry. My size fluctuated between the one brand even - from 10FF, to 12G and 12GG... so you can see why I find bra shopping so frustrating. I would like to thank Rachael for her help.. and I have been looking at the website since I got home (for next time). Thank you Brava for making my trip worthwhile!

I visited there about a month ago, looking for a nursing bra because I was a bridesmaid a few days later and I didn't have a suitable bra. I am writing to let you know of my exceptionally positive experience today in Brava Bourke Street store. I was served by a lovely lady who I think was called Regina. After purchasing three nursing bras from a department store during my lunch break, I walked out to only realise they were completely wrong for me and far too high in the way they were cut. I was nearly in tears. I went into your Bourke Street store to be warmly greeted and asked if I needed help. I explained to Regina what I was after in a nursing bra and the first three bras she put me into were all perfect. I can't believe I wasted my time at department stores. Bra shopping has always been challenging for me and not an enjoyable experience. I spent a couple of hours in your Melbourne CBD store today and I had a wonderful experience! Bra fittings can be tortuous at the big department stores as their stock is overwhelming and their fitters can be hit and miss. But the girl who helped me today was remarkable. I tried on nearly 20 bras and this was no effort for her, neither was getting different sizes when the first fit just wasn't quite right. When the store didn't have the colour I was after she organised for me to prepay and collect at your Prahran store -this saved me having to remember the style name and making phone calls myself (sometimes it's the small things that make your day). I'm actually looking forward to visiting your Prahran store to make this collection and perhaps trying on some different styles.

I just received my purchase from Brava - 3 sports bras - and I'm so happy with them! It's very hard for me to find bras that fit (size 8FF), let alone sports bras that fit and do what they're supposed to do, and I always end up walking out of the shops feeling a bit upset that nothing fits. So I then put off buying anything until it's really needed and then I have to take a leap of faith online. Thank you for offering a great variety of sizes and styles at a decent price, and not just options in daggy beige or white that look like something a grandma would wear! As a senior, and big busted lady, I need professional help with purchasing and fitting my bras. I have found, over the years, the staff at Brava meet all of my needs when choosing new bras. Whilst I went on a Saturday afternoon and acknowledging they were very busy with customers at the time, I found I only had to wait a few minutes before one of the staff attended to me. I've always had a difficult fit - once I was even told I should wear maternity bras because it was all that would fit me - the fitter seemed to think this comment was hilarious. I didn't. It put me off getting a fitting for years, and I'd spend hours in department stores trying to get the right fit, and to be honest, I don't think I ever really did. I get back and shoulder pain daily from what I can assume is poor fitting bras. I went into Brava today after a friend told me about you years ago. I wish I hadn't waited so long, because I am over the moon with my experience in your store and don't think I'll ever be shopping anywhere else. I even texted my best friend about it as soon as I left the store - she is in her second trimester and has always had problems getting bras to fit too, but now that she's pregnant its been a real concern for her. I was asked to try one bra on as soon as i got in the store, and it fitted like a dream. From there your staff member bought in another seven bras, all of which fit PERFECTLY. I am amazed - her eye was perfect and she listened to my preferences and everything she bought me was not just only a perfect fit, but also what I'd said I would prefer (in other stores I've been told that at my size 'I don't have options'). I really wish I got the store attendants name - she made me feel so comfortable and, for the first time, bra shopping was EASY. She is wonderful at her job and such an asset to Brava! I am so grateful, and as I mentioned before - I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else. Thank you again. Honestly, I am so happy.

My first experience with BRAVA happened Friday afternoon. Discussing with my friends that morning, the groans were loud and evident. Aleisha had booked into the Dentist after 5 years of avoidance, and April had sick kids and for the second day in a row would be covered in vomit; but we all agreed my day was going to be the worst. I was going “BRA SHOPPING". Groan.

Ive been a size 18F for years, and for years I’d avoided buying a new bra. Knowing that its pretty much impossible to find anything that was going to make me feel good about myself, let alone fit properly or be anything but BLAN. As bras broke, I became an expert at ‘re-wiring’ or sewing lace up, and un-bending hooks that mangled in the wash. BUT I could do this no more. There was starting to be little difference in wearing a bra versus not wearing one.

I travelled from the Surf Coast, an hour and a half, for what I thought was going to be hell. Id already planned on a movie treat and perhaps lunch to make me feel better about my day. As I walked into the BRAVA shop at Highpoint a weight lifted off my shoulders (and no it wasn’t my breasts, they are more likely to be heading south) there was a RANGE of bras in my size. No longer did I have ‘no choice’ or a grandma. I felt NORMAL. I visibly was a gasp and let the lovely sales lady know. “Oh my Gawd look at the CHOICE”.

I went into a change room and instead of what I usually would have done - grab the first thing that fitted, I was handed about 8 bras to try on, and each one of them was a dream. Red, Pink, blue… Ive never worn bras in those colours. Not that I don’t want to, I do, but Ive never had the option. I asked the sales lady, who was incredibly attentive helping fit and listening to my needs, if I could wear it straight out of the shop, I was so impressed and comfortable. I ended up with 2 bras instead of just the one I was going to buy, and made a plan to save very soon to add to the collection. As I got home I got all my old bras and threw them in the bin without even looking. Thanks Brava, I’ll be seeing you again.

Yesterday I went to your Highpoint shop and I was served by Regina. I would just like to say it was the most positive bra shopping experience I have ever had. I was dreading buying a new bra for a wedding that I am in and Regina made the whole thing a joy. She was funny and warm and knew exactly what bra would fit me best. May I please congratulate you both on a fabulous store. Please let me share my story with you. On Sunday, I ventured out on my dreaded bra shopping expedition. I went to Camberwell Junction where I tried to find "Bra n things" with no luck (shop has closed down), I then googled lingerie shops in the vicinity and found one. I called this shop in advance to see if they catered for bigger women (as a recent trip to a department store proved a waste of time). I was pleasantly surprised when they said yes. So I then went to the shop, and spoke to a shop assistant who would then help me with fittings. Initially, I was shocked at the sizes she said I was (since when did the sizing classification scale change?). My assistant tried to find bras for me, but after many failed fittings, she told me they don't stock my size (12-14 G/H). Additionally, I was told only three manufacturers make sizes for people like me. I left the store feeling so abnormal, with tears in my eyes, my self esteem was shot.

I came home and called my mum in tears, sharing my experience, and asking her if I seem so abnormally big? I also shared this experience on Facebook, asking my friends if they dreaded bra shopping as much as I? I was then overcome with many comments from friends, sharing their same negative feeling and experiences, shopping for bras. It was my friend Kathy, who then sent me a link to your shop, and I felt like she sent me the biggest gift. My fear of feeling so abnormal, eased.

Today I entered your shop in Prahran, and was greeted by Katie, how my luck had changed!! I cannot speak highly enough of my experience in your store. Katie asked a few questions, then got to it. She was highly professional, warm, and informative. She made me feel completely at ease, and I actually enjoyed my experience. May I add, as a woman I want to feel sexy, comfortable, supported, and feminine. Your store not only provides and stocks a great variety of options, you couple that with great customer service, a good size change room, great music, and you have a winning recipe. Thank you, for making a previously dreaded experience, one I now look forward to. I will proudly promote your stores, as every woman has the right and deserves to enjoy shopping for lingerie.

I'd just like to give a heartfelt thanks to Brava and to the staff at Brava Highpoint. Being a relatively small frame with a larger bust, I've always HATED shopping for bras. I have vivid recollections of being about 20 years old and shopping in one of the larger department stores, and being presented with 2 or 3 huge, beige 'Nanna' bras and being told that was all that would ever fit me.

Thank goodness for Brava! I finally found Brava only 3 years ago when I was pregnant (in my 40s) and I was blown away by the kind and considerate service I received and the range of options available. I had no idea what I should be looking for at that time, and felt so daunted, but your staff were so helpful and informative. I was so grateful (and hormonal) I think I cried at the time, and I ended up with some very lovely, (and functional!) bras.

Today, I finally got up the courage to go bra shopping after finishing breast feeding six months ago. Again, my body has changed and I felt out of my depth. Approaching visit this time though, I felt hopeful, and your staff again blew me away with their kind, respectful and considerate approach. And although I am now a size 8G (!!??) I was given a lovely range of options to choose from and they weren't all beige!!

Just wanted to provide some feedback regarding the help I received from your fitter, Gracie, in the Melbourne City store a couple of weeks ago. I had a baby a few months back and needed to be refitted and try some new bras. Just wanted to let you know how happy I was with the service provided at your Prahran store this morning. I hopped in the car and drove all the way from Narre Warren to get some advice and was not disappointed. Even better was that I was first customer through the door for the day. I am 13 and a half weeks pregnant and my bra is just not comfortable and getting too small, the underwire digging into me, etc. The lovely lady at the Prahran store listened to me and talked me through all of my options and in the end I elected to try on a Freya bra. It took a few goes to make sure I got the right fit that would allow me to grow and I am stoked with the service, patience and assistance provided. I hate getting fitted for bras but for once I've had a good experience with helpful advice and no judgement. I purchased the bra and will likely buy another one online soon so that I have two. I will be back to Brava closer to when my baby is due for another bra if needed. Thank you Brava. The only store that has a decent variety and sizes to suit all women, even bustier ones like me. I never shop at department stores for bras because they just don't stock the same stuff and don't know what they are doing when it comes to advice and fittings.

In the past I have struggled to find bras to fit even when being fitted in store. Often the G cup size is on the very edge the range and I find that a bra that fits initially will become ill-fitting and uncomfortable throughout the day. So I love that you have bras that are designed for larger cup sizes. I was initially worried about ordering online without trying them on first, but I found the fitters comments to be really helpful and your return policy minimised the risk. A well-fitting bra is super important when you have a bigger bust and clothes tend to fit closely. The bras I ordered fit so well, I intend to buy more of these styles in different colours. I was also impressed with the service after I placed my order. I was immediately informed that there would be a delay and the new estimated ship date, which turned out to be accurate. I usually loathe bra shopping, but using your site was a pleasure.

I dread shopping for bras. My cup size is so far along the alphabet, even I didn't realise they made bras in that size. Brava was suggested by two friends for quality, variety and service. As my online account just shows up with the items I have purchased online (which I ended up exchanging for other alternatives in store each time), rather than the in-store items I have purchased. I just wanted to let you know about the fantastic experience I had at your Prahran store recently. As a new Mum who was already well-endowed, I have struggled to find nursing bras that were comfortable, supportive and pretty. In department stores, all the nursing bras available in my size made me look like I was wearing a pointed circus tent. I wanted to be able to wear nursing bras that were pretty and fun and gave smooth lines (like many of my Mum friends can) but couldn’t find anything that fit. A friend directed me to your Prahran store and I was delighted by the service offered and options available. I initially went in looking for a strapless bra to wear to a wedding (which Arabella helped me find) then she showed me some of the maternity styles available. Until I came across Brava, I thought I’d be wearing industrial support garments in utilitarian beige until I stopped feeding my daughter, but now I have a gorgeous (and comfortable!) new bra, as well as the knowledge that there are many more comfortable and feminine options out there for me. I just unpacked and tried on my new Chantelle bra; it arrived in the post this morning. Success! Comfortable? Absolutely and the fit is superb. I went online to Brava early last week to check out my Chantelle bra. My favourite bra, the one virtually worn out. Oh no....I was so disappointed to learn that this style was no longer being made. Well, I am now unable to get to any of the Brava shops to try other bras in person. So.....I decided to give it a go buying a bra online. I am not an experienced online shopper and certainly had my doubts whether this would turn out to be a success or a disaster. On the Brava Website I perused pages of bras and bras and bras! How could I select the right one for me? OK, I decided to try an email to customer service. I explained the favourite worn out bra I had been wearing and a newer one, Prima Donna, which was really good, yet just not quite as comfortable to wear. Of course, you guessed it, the sizes of my two bras were also different :( A reply came back from Becky in customer service who suggested a few different styles and makes of bras. I thought this over and emailed her back for some clarification on sizes. She again replied, her answers most helpful. The sizing differences now made sense and I appreciated her simple to understand explanation. You might think I would now know what to buy but I just wanted to check further about the bra shaping around the armholes, well my armholes that is. I'm narrow across the back and short waisted and I didn't want a bra that stood outside of my sleeveless cut tops or cut into my rib cage. This time I phoned Brava customer service. Becky had offered in her emails that I was welcome to do so if I had any more questions or needed help. Becky went through what she had written in her reply emails to me. Plus we talked over the cut and band fit of bras. She also made some suggestions of other European bras that were similar to Chantelle. I hadn't realised that e.g. UK/US designed bras were a different style cut to European styled bras. Finally, I felt I knew which bra to order and did so. Yeah! I am definitely not disappointed. Now I am confident to order from Brava again. Great customer service and correct advice so much appreciated.

Now, I must start with saying that up until this recent experience, I have hated bra shopping. I want to begin by saying that my absolute worst nightmare is shopping for clothes. Bras are a whole other level of terror for me. I am curvy and the idea of trying to find a top that fits well is difficult, let alone a bra. I live in Geelong where there are very few places (if any?!) where I can shop for a bra that goes beyond an E or an F cup. I now head to Highpoint a couple of times a year specifically to go to your store. The girls at Highpoint are so very lovely and have never once made me feel stupid, fat or uncomfortable which had become my standard experience with other stores. They are always happy to accommodate what I am looking for and nothing is too hard. Every single time I have gone to your store, I have left with a product that is comfortable and of the highest quality and that I am very happy with. My most recent experience was no exception. Even though the store did not have the bra in the colour I wanted, I was able to pay for it in store and they sent it to me as soon as it came in so I wouldn't have to drive to Melbourne to collect my bra, AND because of a delay from the supplier (not the store's fault) they sent me a small freebie as well. So... thank you. Thank you for starting a business that is all about embracing and catering to all shapes and sizes, for hiring beautiful women who seem to genuinely care for their customers and for stocking quality product. Just want to let you guys know that I adore Brava. The service is amazing and the fitting and product descriptions are so accurate, I find it easy to shop online. One thing that I would love to see is a pop up box or even just a little note that appears in the checkout just before I complete a transaction asking if I would like to purchase the linen wash. Every time I buy a bra I forget to buy that beautiful wash and then once my delivery arrives and I remember it’s too late. At that point, it’s not worth the delivery costs to order just the linen wash on its own and too far to drive to Prahran to buy it. Hi, my name is Erin Smith and I came into your Melbourne Bourke St store on Tuesday the 6th of September and was served by the wonderful Allison, who listened to what I told her and suggested the Prima Donna Deauville bra. Having previously brought the Prima Donna Madison and finding it very comfortable, except for getting poked by wires (which has always happened since I was a teenager with G cup breasts), Allison recommended the Deauville to try on. I brought 3!! - 1 in white, 1 in tan/nude & a black. I'm in love…there is no poking wires, the fit is fantastic, my breasts (which unfortunately have grown to a HH) are supported while I work at a very physical job AND most amazing of all they don't blend with my stomach! Allison was so so helpful, explaining that because the white is not a normally stocked line I'd have to pay upfront for it, but absolutely I could layby the other 2 plus some sale knickers that I couldn't resist! She put the sale through including postage as I live in Geelong so a trip into Melbourne to collect is a bit out of the way but when the white arrived she called me to let me know my bra had arrived and did I wish to finalise the layby to have them sent out today. Allison is a wonderful sales assistant and I cannot sing her praises high enough. I am so in love with my new bras that all the old ones are redundant now. I'll never go back to them! I am not an easy person to fit as I had a partial mastectomy more than 20 years ago, so one breast is at least twice the size of the other. Karen’s attention was flawless. I have always struggled with finding cute bras that fit me (I am an 8F which is very hard to find). As I am a teenager, usually the only bras that fit are ugly old lady bras. Someone recommended Brava to me so when I was on holiday in Melbourne I paid a visit to the Bourke Street store. It was the most enjoyable bra fitting I have ever had. I was helped by Karen who is such an asset to your company, from the moment she introduced herself she made me feel at ease about the whole shopping experience which usually I find daunting, overwhelming and generally unenjoyable. Karen made the experience a personalised, friendly and fun one! She made me feel like I was the only customer in the shop and treated me with professionalism and warmth, not once did I feel like anything was too much and I placed all my trust in to her obvious display of product knowledge and what would and wouldn't suit me. I just wanted to write and tell you how pleased I am to have found you! I am off to Bali in June and decided to look for some bathers. Being a size 10E cup I went to a leading swimwear shop here in Melbourne. After an hour of trying on too many bathers to count I left frustrated and empty handed. When I got home, I surfed the net looking for bathers in Australia that specialised in bigger cups. From the search I found Panache bathers. I found that Brava stocked Panache and went to my closest store - Highpoint shopping centre - I have walked past Brava many times but never stopped in! The assistant at Highpoint was great. Being the end of Summer there wasn't a great range of Panache in stock. She suggested I visit the High St Prahran store and gave me some styles that she though fit my requirements.

Yesterday, I made the trip to High St. The assistants were great and I found a lovely pair of Panache Silhouette bathers, size 10F that are fantastic fit. I can't speak highly enough about staff at both stores. I have always shopped at Myer ( begrudgingly) for bras but after finding Brava I now know where to shop. Thank you!

My name is Samantha and I'm 17. This morning I went to the Brava store in Bourke street, Melbourne. I thought I was either a 10G, 12G or a 10GG. I have shopped at Bras n Things ever since i went past a C cup and my experience was normally okay but i was never 100% happy with the bra, fit or service. This morning I was blown away by the service I was served by Kalina B and it was just so refreshing to have some who was so helpful and enthusiastic. Kalina put me straight into a 8GG and it fit perfectly! she then got me different styles to try and helped me figure out what did and didn't work about each bra I tried. Since I went past a D I haven't been able to find a sports bra, and today I finally was able to buy a sports bra that fit like a glove. This particular sports bra I have tried in other stores in other sizes and I absolutely hated it! But with the 8GG it is the most comfortable bra ever! I think I may just live in it until I die! The ladies at the store even told me how to properly care for the Bras I purchased, which I haven't had anywhere else. Just had to share my experience at Brava in the Bourke St. store today. I am 60 and experiencing some changes in shape so I needed a proper fitting. My husband saw a podcast about your business on-line. While he was very interested in the business model (as he has just started his own business) I was very interested in the product. This led us to seek out your store when we were spending the Easter Weekend in the city. Sadly -closed, so I extended my stay so that I could visit on Tuesday.

What a thoroughly enjoyable experience it was shopping in your store (I didn't think bra shopping could possibly be enjoyable), and I came away with two bras, much advice and a resolve not to buy anywhere else in future. The lady who served me was the manager - I think her name was Alison. She was respectful, discreet, and knew the products so well, she had me comfortably fitted in about 20 mins. I am 8 months pregnant and I was seeking a maternity / nursing bra that I could wear today and over the next month, through to when the baby arrives. I just wanted to tell you about my experience ordering with bravawoman. I am currently living in Cambodia. Last year I was in Adelaide in July for a brief visit and I have been able to get home again in March this year. On both occasions I have used the opportunity to order items that I am unable to access overseas. Last year it was tankini tops and bras. One of the tankinis I received was fantastic but the wrong size and the strap had also been stitched on twisted. I emailed and Becky was able to help by getting the new top to me very quickly so that I had it to take back to Cambodia. It's become my favourite top for swimming and I really love it.

This year Becky was really helpful again. I wanted to take advantage of the Valentine's day sale and get the 10% off. I ordered 3 bras in a style that I know has been reliable in the past but also emailed to see whether I could have an extended return time if there was a problem with the fit. Sadly, I did have to return one and Becky made sure that this process was simple and streamlined. In the city, the girls were fab - they helped me try a heap of styles, and I selected a Panache Black bra. I followed their advice and wore it at home for half an hour... sadly finding the fit was a bit small. Feeling pretty disheartened (and like I wouldn't find anything right), I stopped into Highpoint to return the bra and found another really helpful woman. I have just started back riding my beloved horses after several years of annoying health problems. I went to my first clinic last month and caught sight of myself in the indoor arena mirrors... dear oh dear, my not inconsiderable breasts were having their own independent riding experiences. My Brava experience was phenomenal! Bras have never been easy for me. When I was pregnant with my first daughter in China I know I wasn't very well supported! I was too big for clothes let alone bras. Back in Australia, the next time around I had twins and again, bras were difficult. Recently I escaped the family in Daylesford and headed for the big smoke. I made my way to your Highpoint store and almost ran in bursting with expectation. Your staff in there did not disappoint. I walked out with a great sports bra and the first underwire pretty bra I've owned in about 8 years!

Operating on 2 great bras I knew that I needed a couple extra in my wardrobe, so even more recently I ordered 2 of the Shock Absorber bras online. Knowing that I'd been fitted and having loved the one I'd bought in store, shopping online was a breeze. Easy, quick, no fuss. Stupidly I went away camping and I fretted and had someone check the house as I didn't want $200+ worth of bras sitting outside. I needn't have worried. I got a text saying that my parcel was at the post office. So this morning I walked down the big hill to get them. Returned to yoga and everyday life feeling uplifted, supported and happy. I would like to say that I had a great first time experience in your Prahran store yesterday. I happened to find you online as I was looking for a special undergarment for my wedding day, that would sit nice with my dress as my first fitting is coming up shortly. I called prior to coming into the store & Simone assisted me and was very helpful and friendly, when I arrived in the store I waited for Simone to finish up with another client (a couple of minutes) as we had already built a rapport over the phone & she knew what I was looking for.

Her attentiveness and service was exceptional & all with a friendly smile on a hot & busy day (in fact this was her last working shift before going on Maternity leave), so with all this in mind I admired her for her professionalism. After being fitted by Simone into at least half a dozen bras, it was getting close to the end of her shift & she politely handed me over to Rachel giving her an update/briefing of where we were at and explained to her that I was looking for the right bra to fit under my wedding dress. Rachel finalised my sale purchase and was also very helpful explaining the care process & handed me this flyer for more info about it.

I had a bad experience with a jewellery bridal store before coming down, however my day turned around as soon as I entered Brava. I love the bra's, quality, price & comfort ticking all the boxes, but above all that the best part was the personalised & attentive service your staff provided me. I will definitely be back & recommend others (as it's hard to find interesting bra options being a bustier woman) and also beats the service at any major department store.

I have been buying my bras from Brava for many years now and have always had a lovely experience while doing so, whether it be in store or online, I was given the best assistance and guidance on what bras would be best for me. My husband has been picking my bras up from the Melbourne store recently, as he works near there, and he is made feel welcome and not made to feel uncomfortable as in his words "some lingerie shops make you feel soo uncomfortable, like you're a pervert or something".

There had been a mix up with my address just this week and the girls were very quick to fix it up and get it delivered the next day. This holiday season, I went hunting for a pair of DD/E one piece bathers. Accompanied by my mother, we dragged ourselves from shop to shop until we arrived at your Bourke Street store. The bra fitter, Pip, was very cheery and happy (something that is rare around this busy time of the year) and seemed delighted to help us. Unlike other stores who specialise in swimwear yet seemed like a deer in headlights when I needed help with a bigger bust, Pip knew exactly what I wanted. At this stage I was desperate as this was the 8th shop I'd been to, and would try on anything and ended up finding a nice blue/purple one piece that was on sale. I still wasn't 100% sold as I thought there might be other stock at the Prahan store, so off we went.

At the Prahan store, we were met with an equally helpful lady called Kathleen who gave me a bunch of different one-pieces to try, with none fitting properly or they looked too 'old' on me such as the fully black ones, as I am only 16 and was looking for a youthful one-piece. She went to the trouble of looking out the back and came back with the blue/purple one-piece that Pip said the Prahan store probably wouldn't have as it was old stock, but alas there it was! It was the best one that fitted and Kathleen sympathised with our tiresome journey, giving us a generous discount and putting a smile on our face. Next time I will be visiting Brava first for my bra and swimwear needs, with the only improvement I can suggest is ordering in more DD/E youthful one pieces, as most were black and very mature. I recently bought two maternity bras from your Prahan store and they are great! I was having trouble finding a maternity bra in larger sizes as the department stores don't seem to stock above an F. Bravo Brava!! I have had the most amazing experience today!!! I purchased 3 bras from your Prahran store after the most wonderful experience and recommendation with Becky from your customer service team online. From the moment I walked into your store I received the red carpet treatment. I was attended to immediately and ask to place my details with the lovely girls at the counter whom would then attend to me personally. Toya was incredible. I explained for the past 30 years I have not had a bra thats ever really fit. From wearing a 10DD originally now to fit into a perfectly snug and supportive 6F... it was an incredible difference in which no store Ive been to in my lifetime could offer. Generally spending hours trying on so many options to always leave disappointed and just making do with what I could find. I've never worn a bra to perfection before which has caused back issues as well as having to resort to less than flattering bras in the past.

Toya was so patient, kind and extremely helpful who presented me with so many beautiful choices that in the end I had to narrow down, boy was that difficult :-). Now thats a first!!! I was able to take my time, try several options, attended to with absolute enthusiasm as if I were the only person in store and yet still allowing my own personal space to look at how amazing I looked :-) nothing was ever a problem. Although its a boutique store I felt as if the girls were my friends, while playing dress ups :-) I felt right at home. I know you would have heard this before.. but this has changed my life.. the clothing I wear will fit and look better, my confidence and not to mention feeling absolutely gorgeous with the incredibly flattering, sexy and beautiful choices! I cannot thank you enough for helping me regain my confidence and love my shape. Throughout high school and university I was never comfortable with, and even somewhat resented, my bust. I thought that I was doomed to live a life in boring and ugly bras, which I resented having to spend my hard earned money on. Having a large bust and a small frame (8G) I found it impossible to find a bra in any store which fit me well. I was faced with either stylish bras that were too small, or plus size ranges which were all too big. I said “enough is enough” when I needed to find a sports bra which would support me. I refused to give up playing sport and being active because no department store or boutique in Adelaide could meet my needs. Now I have not just one, but a whole draw full, of favourite bras; I get excited by buying stylish bras which make me feel confident; and I still swear by my Panache Sports Bra, so much so that I now own three.

I just wanted to say how great my experience was at your Prahran store. I arrived 40 minutes before closing and was expecting to have to wait for a fitting. I was fitted promptly by Rachel, who listened to what I needed and provided me with many different bras to try on. She was also extremely friendly and kept working to find me the perfect size/style.

I have to say that my previous experiences with other bra shops have been quite disappointing - I am a size 8 with quite a large bust and have always been made to buy size 10 bras because no one has stocked my size in the past. It was so great to go to Brava and even have the choice to try on a size 6! I am 19 years old and have been wearing the wrong size bra since I was 12, and was so happy to finally find two bras that were pretty and appealing to me.

Meaghan Smith, a personal stylist, recommended that I go to Brava to be fitted properly for a bra. I thought at the time it was ridiculous because I have been going annually to a department stores to be fitted. What a difference and delight it was going to your store for the first time. I was like a kid in a candy shop. I have been to the Melbourne and Prahan stores and received excellent assistance on both occasions. I have also ordered quite a number of items on-line and so enjoy unwrapped my parcels - such a lovely touch. Recently, I bought a bra and wore it home only to discover that it wasn't the right size. When I phoned, I was encouraged to exchange it. Although it took a couple of weeks, I was incredibly pleased to have the correct size returned to me and very grateful too. My mother is a larger breasted woman and has never had a bra that fits quite right, at size HH it can be hard to find a bra let alone options. Bianca was so understanding and helpful. Highly recommend this product and Brava's customer service. This bustier has a low back and is strapless, which is just perfect for my wedding dress. I had looked online and at all possible physical retail stores and this is by far the best I could find. This product was actually not in stock, but Brava made sure it was delivered to my house just before my wedding dress try-on day! Not knowing my cup size properly was a bit of an issue, so I just had to gamble using my own measurements. I ended up ordering a size too big (12D), which turned out not to be a problem at all. The return process is pretty straightforward and very quick. I ordered the white colour this time in the correct size and it was delivered to me two days after posting my exchange order and my new order. It was lovely to see that the products get handled with care and that each order, even though you are not going to the physical store, gets a specialist touch. Both my orders came with hand written personalised thank you notes, just an amazing care touch by the team in Melbourne! Congratulations for making online shopping such a pleasant experience and for working with such high quality products.

I recently called Brava Melbourne chasing up a pair of Freya classic briefs in black. I've had a baby a few months ago and as you can imagine - the body issues I am experiencing are huge. Bathers are the last thing I wanted to think about! I had bought a bikini top from Swimwear Galore but couldn't find the pair of briefs that went along with it. I finally tracked them down in the Melbourne store and spoke to someone called Kalina who agreed to post them out to me (via express post) as I was leaving for Bali in two days time. I know your policy is usually no refund, but I explained that I had already forked out a lot of money on swimwear (that would be useless to me after I stopped breastfeeding) and couldn't really afford to hold credit in the store. She was more than helpful, and wrote a note authorising a refund if I needed to do so. The bikini bottoms arrived at my house the next day (in enough time for me to try them on and find they fit perfectly!) with a note as follows:

I wanted to let you know that my first retail experiences in Brava have been absolutely fantastic. I'm in my third trimester of pregnancy and was in desperate need of a great-fitting bra. I've been in the major department stores, other 'specialist' bra stores and maternity shops ... I never found the 'perfect fit' (despite the sales assistants' best intentions), and just settled for bras that were a little uncomfortable. I always imagined that this must be due to my non-average sizing (I've got a narrow chest but my breasts had ballooned). The first time I visited Brava, the sales assistant found me several bras that fit perfectly, showed me what to look out for in a good maternity bra, and suggested other items to consider ... I really wish that I'd known about Brava earlier. It was fabulous to find maternity bras that fit and supported me so well, while still looking feminine and 'non-maternity'. Same goes with the swimwear that I bought on my second visit. I'll definitely be returning for more items. These were the lovely assistants who showed great patience with me (despite my visits happening in the 20–30 minutes before the shop closed). They showed me several options until they were satisfied I had the perfect fit: Gracie G (Melb CBD) and Anna N (Highpoint). Their service was fantastic.

I have recently purchased an Elomi swim bra from your shop and I am giving nothing but positive feedback for the person who served and for Brava itself. I did not buy my original swim bra from you but it is how I discovered the brand Elomi. I discovered your shop by chasing the brand through Melbourne. At the time I lived in Tasmania and I have always found it hard to find bras. A notable example is when a bra shop (not yours) tried to tell me I was a size 24D. When I walked into your store they fitted me properly and I was a 16GG. I also found out that of all the brands in your store, the shape of Elomi fitted me best and I now make an effort to get to your store for a proper fitting when I am in Melbourne. Back to the swim bra I received today. I spoke to the Prahran store and I just needed the name to order online as I had the code but no idea of the name of the bra. She not only found the bra, checked it was in stock, gave me the name, and then let me know how long it would take for me to receive it. When I said I wanted it for Monday she checked to see if it was physically in the Prahran store and organized it over the phone to send that day. I can not tell you how much I appreciated that level of service as I am currently in Broken Hill and away from other adequate services. I recommend Brava to everybody that I know who has trouble finding bras and everyone I know that is well endowed. Thank you for your good service and wonderful choice of staff.

I just wanted to give you some positive feedback-in general & specifically about my experience today. I've just finished having children & breastfeeding - hallelujah! I found you when my first Bub was 18 months old & I had to buy bathers because I was going on holiday & what fit a 18 months earlier was all wrong. I had such a good experience. My eldest is now 4 & I was in desperate need of new non-maternity bras. There's been no point buying anything nice in the last 4 years because my bra size has changed at least 6 times! (No exaggerating!) So I decided now that that time of change is over (hopefully) it was time to wear clothes & bras that actually fitted & flattered me rather than making me look like squished play dough! I had to wait until holidays when the kids were in childcare because it just wouldn't work with them & your closest store to me is the city. So I finally managed to get in today & Karoline sized me perfectly in the first minute & helped me find some beautiful but practical & supportive bras. Any store I've looked in previously has only had the wrong sizes for me-there is no way you'd find a 12GG in Myer! No wonder they've always fitted poorly elsewhere - but the ones I got were beautiful & actually make me feel feminine. Yes, a tad more expensive, but 200% worth it for a comfortable & flattering chest!!! I am writing to let you know how impressed I was with your store, and with Gracie who works at your Melbourne store. I normally dislike looking for bras and trying them on with no luck. I thought I was an 18F until the very friendly and efficient Gracie offered to fit me for a bra. I accepted and found out that I ranged from an 18G, 16G to 14GG depending upon the style and brand of the bra she brought me to try on. I thought good luck in finding me more than one or two bras to try, but to my surprise I tried on around around 6-8 bras! Hooray! Gracie was very professional, every time before coming into the change room she would ask if it was ok to enter rather than just flinging back the change room curtain to expose me with one breast in and one still out not in the bra cup yet. Nothing was too much trouble going back and forth checking sizes and colours. So thank you very much for my first time experience with Brava and I will be back!

Today I nervously visited your Bourke St store to try and find a bra to replace my old ratty ones. I was nervous because I usually buy my bras from Myer and am fitted badly more often than not, or simply told by impatient staff “sorry we don’t stock your size". As soon as I entered your store a lovely Canadian girl named Allison warmly welcomed me and immediately helped me to understand sizing in your store and what she suggested would best suit my shape...She personally helped me and fitted me for over an hour as I ummed and ahhed and ummed a bit more. I was really nervous to be fitted as I’m a bigger girl and haven’t had pleasant experiences in the past (where I’ve often left lingerie stores depressed and embarrassed about my shape)...but not with Allison. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at any stage and actually found myself having fun standing there in my bra and knickers discussing my options. I’ve spent the afternoon in my brand new Prima Donna Madison bra, and I’m in love! It is so comfortable, and gives beautiful coverage and lift. I came across your store after doing a little online research on where to find Marlies Dekkers bras in Melbourne. Rather than going to the obvious Myer, I found your CBD shop. It was very easy to get to and the window front display was beautiful, which was an excellent selling point. My eyes went straight to the Marlies Dekkers I saw when walking in and I picked out a few I wanted to try on. An assistant by the name of Arabella approached me and helped me choose some sizes to try on as their sizing is a little different than Australian sizes. She also directed me to your Prima Donna collection to show me what else you had. She then sent me to the changing rooms and within a few goes of trying different bras on, not only did she correctly fit me, but she also flattered me in a non-condescending and professional way. I bought the bra and I just thought to tell you that she was one of the most helpful bra fitters I've had in a long time. I hadn't bought a new bra in a long while and desperately needed one. My experiences buying bras the last several years have been quite hit and miss. Last month I went to a shopping centre in hope of a successful purchase. I went to 5 different stores and even the big department store and left empty handed because not a single shop, not even the "big girl" store, had a bra that could fit me. I left in tears and was felt quite depressed about it. After a thorough web search I was able to locate Brava and was absolutely thrilled to find out that they had brick and mortar locations! Bra sizing and fit changes from brand to brand and buying a bra online when I'm not sure of my size seemed like a sure way to disaster. So I measured myself and with a rough bra size I timidly arrived at Brava Highpoint in a last ditch effort to find something for me. When I arrived I looked at a few bras on the racks but couldn't see my size. I was almost disheartened. Luckily, the lovely shop girl asked if she could help and I told her I believed I was a 16J. She showed me the location of those bras, helped me pick out a few to start and then came by periodically to advise on adjusting band and cup sizes, bringing different sizes and designs. Turns out, I'm more of a 12J. Who knows how long it would have taken me to figure that out through solo trial and error with dozens of different bras in that range of sizes! After a little trial and error, I was able to find two bras that not only fit me, but were secure, supportive and also actually pretty! I was delighted to feel the bra support against my ribcage. I actually can't remember the last time the middle of my bra touched my chest. It was a small victory, but it made me feel amazing. It is absolutely true that a good bra can help restore confidence. I feel great and I'm totally indebted to Brava for this boost to my spirit and physique!

I am getting in touch to give you some feedback about my shopping experience in your CBD store today. I am currently both breastfeeding my baby and four months pregnant, and needed some new maternity bras. All through my last pregnancy and since my daughter was born 13 months ago, I have been wearing Triumph maternity bras. They are not very attractive and not very comfortable for me, and I was feeling quite depressed about another year plus in these bras. Yesterday I went to Myer to buy a new bra - and had a terrible experience. The shop assistant didn't understand that I was both pregnant and breastfeeding and scoffed at my asking if there were any bras above an F cup. The only option for me was the Triumph bra. I looked online and read about your store and when I went in today I had absolutely the best retail experience of my life. The woman serving me (Gracie) was so knowledgeable and helpful, and you had such a large range in my size (14G). I have never felt a more comfortable bra, and I don't feel as unsexy and miserable! I actually feel beautiful! I bought two Cake bras and one Hotmilk bra. I have already written to my mothers group to tell them about your store as I know so many women must be walking around with their precious breasts in ill-fitting bras. With an H cup it was always difficult to find a suitable and comfortable bra, until a friend recommended your store two years ago and I fell in love with the Prima Donna Deauville. I was very happy to get two new ones today. As an added bonus, Alison introduced me to the swim bra by Elomi. Where were these years ago when I needed them? I wanted to share with you the positive experience I had shopping in Prahan yesterday. My previous experiences with Brava have been in person at the Highpoint store. Staff are always so friendly and helpful, constantly going back and forth with a million different bras for you to try on until you find "the one". I was there last Saturday with my two young children to get a new bra and a smaller sized feeding bra. I found "the one" and it made me feel so happy and awesome I was in such a daze. I got back to the car and realised I'd left without getting the Cake feeding bra. Dreading taking two tired kids back, I thought I'd go online to get what I needed. Two minutes later I've easily found what I wanted, entered my size, the colour and personal details. I received confirmation, receipt and tracking emails so I knew what was happening and here I am three days later writing this wearing my new bra ( I also liked that it was wrapped up like a little present). Just wanted to say thanks for an excellent service. We live in regional Queensland and having a daughter with an 8G fitting we have found it difficult to find a bra supportive enough to allow her to comfortably participate in the high impact activities that she loves. Through phone conversations and ‘photo text fittings’ with Gina we were able to find a fitting and supportive bra that she has been happy to wear and to compete in.

A number of the bras that I love are currently being discontinued and I emailed Becky for advice on replacements for them. She made some excellent recommendations which I purchased but went over and above when she followed up a week later with an additional suggested replacement for another bra that was also in my size and she didn't want me to miss out. I immediately bought that one too. I am really happy with the quality of friendly service and advice I have consistently gotten from staff at Brava, especially given most of my interactions are limited to online because I live in Western Australia. After walking into a store in Melbourne many years ago, I refuse to buy my bras from anywhere else. You guys are awesome. My name is Amy a 34 year old who hates shopping for bras and even more hates my breasts! I live in Echuca and are extremely limited to where I can shop for bras. I was told about your stores by a work colleague and decided straight away to arrange a trip to your Highpoint store with my mother from Ballarat. And I am so glad I did! Not only did I have the best experience in store I had the best sales assistant Gina! Turns out I was wearing the incorrect size 18G and straight away Gina had me trying on 14J bras and the result was instant! I walked out of your store with 4 bras - one of which was a much needed sports bra and are happy to report my boobs no longer smack me in the face when at the gym! When I met my mother for coffee and cried, I felt human again - for the first time in over 20 years I felt like I didn't want to cut my breasts off! Last Friday, I visited your Bourke St, Melbourne store after searching online for a place that could accommodate my bra needs. I have had lots of frustration in the big department stores, not being able to find anything that suited my cup size and had put off going bra shopping because I was embarrassed and a bit anxious. BUT ... I was so relieved when I entered your store! The shop was beautifully set out and easy to look around and I was immediately approached by Pip. She was friendly, smiling and she made me feel so comfortable with her explanations and easing me into trying things on. Her suggestions, her sizing and her feedback was perfect! She was extremely attentive but also gave me time to try on and think. The change rooms were lovely, plenty of room and private, and I loved the labelled hooks - it made it easy to sort what I wanted to keep. I bought a range of bras for every occasion and couldn't be happier with my purchases. I just wanted to leave you some feedback regarding your Highpoint store. I dread shopping for bras, I usually go to Myer or David Jones (simply for their vast range of bras), and struggle to find a bra which is supportive and fits well - a task that has become harder being a breastfeeding mother. Upon entering your store, my son and I were greeted by Pip, who introduced herself by name. She allowed my son and I to get comfortable in the change rooms, and presented me with a number of bras to try on and compare. She was extremely warm and helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about the necessity of correctly fitting a bra whilst breastfeeding. I was also extremely impressed all but one bra that I tried on was breathtakingly comfortable and fit well! I feel that often people only leave feedback to complain, and since Pip was so kind and attentive I felt that she deserved that acknowledgement. All and all a most satisfying shopping experience and I will be recommending Brava to friends.

Until Brava came along I had resigned myself to wearing Berlei sports bras for the rest of my double F life! Now I am wearing beautifully comfortable, sexy bras that make me want to show off my cleavage rather than hide because I feel so wonderfully supported. What a relief! I just wanted to write and tell you how my new recently purchased sports and everyday bra has made my life so much better. I go to the gym near your city store and have never felt comfortable jogging until one of your bra fitters suggested a non-wired Shock Absorber bra and it has revolutionised my exercise. It was such a painless experience coming in and having a quick chat and an even quicker fitting. The second time in as many months I came in wanting something lovely and also well fitting... another of your ladies suggested PrimaDonna and some others and again it has given me more confidence in wearing clothes and I enjoy putting on my bra every day (in between washes of course). I cannot thank you enough for having such a great range with such knowledgeable excellent staff.

Having gone from not yet needing a bra at age 15, then growing to a 10DD by age 17, I have always struggled to find bras that fit me. I had accepted that when I did find a bra in my size, it would have to be plain black, white or nude, no other options. The same goes for bathers. They were only available in plain dark colours and I would have to buy a 16/18 top and 10 bottom. I am now 30 years old and a 10GG. Recently I had started to resort to wearing maternity bras (because they seemed like the only option for size and comfort) even though I have not yet had children! Then I was told about Brava and went in to the store a few days later.

I was so pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of staff. They knew their sizing and stock and led me through the process. I didn't have to search through the store myself or wait for someone to offer assistance. They were committed to finding the perfect bras and bathers for me. They found the right size for me and then honed in only the best brands and styles to suit me for both look and comfort. There were SO MANY options to choose from that we had to go through a process of elimination. (The exact opposite of every other bra shopping experience that I've had.) I left with two new bras and matching bottoms and two pairs of FUN, COLOURFUL, comfortable, full covering bathers (no more side boob, bottom or top cleavage peeping out of a size 16 bathing top)! I am now so happy and optimistic about my next bra and/or bather shopping experience which will now always be at Brava! I was able to enjoy my holiday in Spain feeling supported, secure, young and fun whether I was shopping, sight seeing, at the pool or beach! Thank-you Brava. I will be back again very soon and will be spreading the word :)

I bought two bras in your Bourke St store, served by Gracie. I want to thank her for such outstanding service. I was walking past the store, thought the bras looked so beautiful but nearly kept walking because usually the beautiful ones are for the tiny girls. I'm very self conscious. For many years bra shopping has been my absolute most dreaded shopping experience. It is not easy to find bras in my size and I've had salespeople at other stores try to squeeze me into the sizes they stock and it has generally been an embarrassing, disappointing and degrading experience. I have now shopped at Brava a few times and I know I will never go elsewhere in the future. The staff always make me feel comfortable and special as they give me plenty of options to suit. From the moment you walk in, they whisk you through to the changing area where they quickly assess the wants and needs you may have. The product knowledge of the staff I have dealt with is fantastic. I just love coming to your stores! The whole experience is always really positive. On Monday this week I went to your Prahran store and was so happy with my experience I just had to let you know. Firstly, your stores are always beautiful presented. Secondly, the customer service I got was spot on. I was made to feel really comfortable, I was given the undivided attention by the fitter and I just felt amazing (because buying bras isn't always the most fun experience for a 'bigger' girl). I need to specially mention Arabella who was my fitter. She went out of her way to find me something that suited my needs and was so professional but also really warm and friendly. When you didn't have in stock what I needed, she organised for it to be sent to me from another store, and I received it the next day. Amazing service!! I know sometimes people only provide feedback if its negative. I just wanted you to know that I had the most positive experience and will definitely continue to shop at Brava for my underwear and swimwear!!

Just wanted to take the time to congratulate you on a wonderful store and thank you for my recent experience at your Highpoint store. As a business owner myself, I know that it's often the complaints and not the compliments that you receive! According to my receipt, it was Anna that assisted me with a maternity bra fitting last Thursday. This is my second child and last time I went to the Australian Breastfeeding Association shop in Malvern, which I believe has recently closed. After the experience I received there, which was fantastic, I can honestly say that Anna was even better! She listened to me, was not pushy at all and gave me plenty of options and was just generally very helpful. I understand the value of great staff and just wanted to pass it on. As I'm sure you're aware, it's very difficult to find a bra shop that specialises in larger cup sizes and for me, online shopping just doesn't cut it - you can't try on and ordering and returning become honerous. Great to know that I have amazing local options and will definitely be back!

I am just writing to tell you about the wonderful experience I had in your Highpoint store this morning. I was a bit daunted to go in because it had been a long time since I had spoilt myself to a nice bra set. I had no clue what size I was anymore, and bra fitting had always been a hassle before. But as soon as your staff member Sam started helping me, I felt really looked after and cared for. She was easily able to get my size and different styles for me and made sure each bra sat right and helped me make decisions on what was comfortable or not. Not to mention, the store was incredibly busy! She was serving multiple people at once with the other staff member, and each person in the store was being attended to and looked after. It was incredible how both the staff in the store were able to make each person feel comfortable and also still be super friendly when they must have felt very busy. I will definitely be back in the future and I commend your staff for their excellent product knowledge.

I purchased a new bra at the store in Highpoint Maribyrnong on Saturday morning and ordered a different colour which wasn’t in the store – paid for the bra and paid for the delivery and sure enough I’ve just received the bra via a courier. Wanted to let the company know what great service that the girls at Brava provided me. You always hear about bad things of a company but very few people thank people for their time & service and I wanted you to know what quick service was provided. I am thrilled to be able to visit your Brava stores and to be able to purchase a supportive, pretty, stylish, and comfortable bra. Your stores have the best range and very professional staff. I recently shopped at your new store at Highpoint. I was pleased to be greeted by Gina, as she had previously assisted me, at the old Australia On Collins store. Gina is a true professional, she really knows her brands and styles. I needed to be fitted for my bra and Gina was very patient. I was pleased to finally select the Elomi range of bras. I purchased three of the Elomi Caitlyn and one of the Elomi Abi.

I just returned to the Highpoint store yesterday morning and I was assisted by Chloe. I purchased another Elomi Abi bra and found out that it was the last one available in my style and size. Chloe and another colleague informed me that the Abi bra was being discontinued, but also told me that a new release Elomi Nina was the ideal new style. I recently walked past your store in Bourke St, when we were on a family outing. It looked too nice of a shop to take my kids in, so I went back when I was working in the city. I was made to feel comfortable instantly and the level of customer service was impeccable. I feel like a new woman today - I'm so happy with myself. I'd felt for a while that something wasn't quite right with my bras, and was finding I was getting to the end of the day and just desperate to get them off. But the problem was I just felt so uninspired to go bra shopping. So on Tuesday night I googled "bra shops" and "d cup" and what did I find - Brava Highpoint. I go to Highpoint quite regularly but had never seen or heard of your store. What a delightful find it has been! Kalina was amazing - so friendly, professional and non-judgemental. I didn't mind that this gorgeous girl was seeing me in my underwear. She put me up a cup size and gave me a lift I couldn't have imagined! She was really fantastic.

So you ask for feedback - my only feedback is, is that more people need to know about you. As soon as I got home on Wednesday night I rang my equally curvy best friend (who happens to live opposite Highpoint) and she'd never heard of your store either. Neither of us venture to that section of Highpoint. But now that I've told her about both your amazing range and amazing service, she intends to visit you this Friday. Last Saturday I had the privilege of shopping at your Highpoint store. As usual, I dread shopping for bras - I usually can't find what I need, style or size wise, so I wasn't overly thrilled to be there. Since my first day walking into Brava, I have gained an inner confidence which only I can appreciate. As it is my birthday on Wednesday, I thought I’d treat myself to a pair of new bras. I decided to go to the Highpoint Store at 10am (to beat the shopping crowds). I managed to get a car park right near the entrance, and located the Brava store where my details were on record. Tried it on (in case I may have increased in size – again!!!) and instant fit. It’s a fantastic idea to have one’s size details on record. I have never been so happy buying a bra before. I have had such trouble and have tried literally everywhere to find the few bras I have that fit. I was told about Brava after attemping to get a work out bra at Lorna Jane, and the lady working there recommended Brava. I discovered Brava recently when yet again internet searching for bathers for women with fuller bust sizes. After finding your website and the amazing amount of choice online, I decided to visit the Highpoint store as I have been burned before buying online with swimwear that says its a 14E and when it arrives, it's nowhere near fitting. I want to say a big thank you to Anna at Highpoint Brava, who did an amazing job helping me find swimwear and opening me to the discovery of swim bras under tankini tops! I now feel that I have bathers with great support that were flattering as well. Anna was fantastic and very patient whilst I tried on the various options that she supplied - it was nice to even have options! Other large department stores seem to have a large range of swimwear, but I find that unless you are built like Jennifer Hawkins, or not wanting any cup support, then there is no choice at all. Thank you Brava for having such a wonderful range, and terrific staff, I will definitely be back for another shopping trip!

I cannot begin to tell you how absolutely amazing my shopping experience in the Prahran store was. I come from regional Victoria and despite my best efforts I am never able to get a bra that actually fits well. There were always compromises. Mostly me trying to fit a generous amount of breast tissue into a wider bra to accommodate the volume. The last several years have been a nightmare when trying to find a bra that fits, and that wasn't even with a hope that I could feel pretty or even sexy. I called into the store with only about 20 mins available. I thought I would just have a little look and see if I could find a cup size that may come close to mine. I had started to feel that familiar sense of dread that I was going to find it really hard here also. But then Myra, amazing Myra, offered her assistance. Myra was very friendly, and offered a different approach to those I had experienced in the past. Rather than looking at styles, Myra took me to a fitting room to see how my bra was performing for me. Then using a trial fitting of one that Myra was familiar with she was able to bring me two equally beautiful bras that were an amazing fit. I was overwhelmed to say the very least. Myra had spared me the indignity of trying on twenty different bras to come to the conclusion that none were any good for me. And that I wasn't some freak the could be put on display in a circus. Myra was friendly and listened attentively to what my needs were. She had the expertise to determine which brand would best suit my shape. I have never experienced buying bras with such friendly, knowledgeable, professional and compassionate staff. My self-esteem soared and I left the store wearing a new bra and feeling amazing. My very great appreciation to Myra, you have made a dramatic impact on my life, not only because I look so much better. You have also given me confidence.

I'm from the UK, and having a small back size I needed help when buying bras in Australia. I first went to Myer, who were helpful and suggested I try Brava when they didn't have any in my size. On the off chance, I tried David Jones as it was nearby. The assistant there laughed at me when I told her the size I was after, looking me up and down in disbelief that I would have as big a cup size as I said, in comparison to the small back size. She took me over to the pre-teen bras, which was completely inappropriate, and then to an expensive brand, where she picked up a random bra and said 'look this is tiny, you'll fit into this'. She hadn't even looked at the size.

A few days later I walked past Brava in Melbourne and decided to stop in. The assistant, Gracie, was tremendously helpful. She listened to all of my feedback on what styles I like and the colours I wanted, fetched all the sizes for me and adjusted them, and advised me really well. It was such a relief to find a store and person who knew what they were doing! It was so great to have such a good experience after the terrible one at David Jones. Brava really exceeded my expectations, and Gracie was absolutely fabulous in helping me.

A few weeks ago I finally made it to your Highpoint store and what a relief to finally find somewhere where I can go and get proper bras and good customer service. The bra fitter was so good she didn't even have to measure me, and she picked colours to suit my skin tone. I am heeding all her advice on bra care for longevity and find the emails that come through now quite helpful. And cleverly they have my size details kept so my husband can surprise me on birthdays and Christmas with a brand new bra .....how good is that!

I visited your store in Prahran today for the first time. I have always needed to be fitted for my bras as I have always had huge boobs!!! I used to visit a specialty store closer to my home as I live in Sunbury but I have found recently they haven't had the variety I have been looking for. I recently had a baby and needed maternity bras - their selection wasn't great and I found I was shopping online to purchase them from Sydney! I really wish I had found out about your stores earlier as I looked today and you have a brilliant maternity range - I will definitely be purchasing some new maternity bras from you when we have our next child.

So today I went into your store and was instantly welcomed very warmly by DeeDee. She was very friendly and asked me what I was looking for in a bra and then took me to the fitting room to do the impossible and find me a bra that supports the girls!!! Well she achieved it, and I ended up walking out with three bras that I just love and know they will do their job and more! I also purchased some of your lingerie wash gel as what a great idea that is! I have since come home and washed my new bras and they smell delicious!!! I hope they dry tonight so I can wear one tomorrow - once you have new bras you never want to go back to the un-supportive worn out old things you have in your drawer!!! Anyway, just wanted to provide some feedback and say thank you for having such a great store that provides products for us big busted gals!!!

I've always had a hard time getting a good fit for any clothing and really hate the whole process - but most particularly the whole standing in front of the mirror and looking at myself part. My sizing is odd at the best of times and my weight fluctuates a lot, mostly due to health issues. I end up taking far too long between buying new clothes that need to be fitted, especially bras.

My previous experience at the old Brava Melbourne store had been particularly positive - I had just dislocated my shoulder, and having a bra that fitted well was really important. The person who assisted me that day was amazing - I needed to be helped in and out of each bra. I was really happy when the new store opened up within a couple of blocks of my workplace, it meant that a lunchtime fitting was a possibility - but I had to wait until my student's budget allowed me to do it.

Finally, I came in yesterday. And the experience was just as good. The assistant listened to what I wanted, but also made helpful suggestions. I came away with one bra I'm really happy with, and am planning to go back and get the second just as soon as I can manage it - which for me, to come away with one bra even after trying on around 15, is incredibly good, let alone wanting to buy a second.

I just wanted to say thank you. This shop has saved my life. I am a 28 year old woman who has always struggled to find bras that fit. I stumbled across Brava by chance when my bra broke during work and it was the closest store. I panicked that I had a bra emergency and the staff (then in Australia on Collins) were so helpful and fitted me into a Fantasie Bra. Just a short note to let you know of my first experience at a Brava store today - fantastic! I am 17 weeks pregnant with my first baby and, quite frankly, my bra situation was in need of some attention. I did a google search to see what was near me at home (West Footscray) or at work (city) and several websites and blogs had listed Brava as an excellent place to have one’s bra situation attended. I thought I would have to trek out to Prahran, but then was excited on your website to learn of the city and Highpoint locations.

I was looked after by Pip and she provided excellent service and advice. She was patient and respectful. I came away with four bras and will definitely return in future (for maternity and ‘normal’ bras). Well done both of you for thinking about the sort of experience us larger-busted women are looking for.

In the past I have had trouble finding bras that are the right fit and that I like. A couple of years ago I discovered Curvy Kate in your store which I love and have been buying ever since. I recently ordered a new Curvy Kate bra through your website but unfortunately was contacted by your store that there would be major delays supplying it. On Saturday I came down to the Prahran store to find a replacement. The woman who served me was super helpful and within 20 minutes I had found two bras (different brands) plus a sports bra (something I had struggled to find even more than regular bras!). I visited your Prahran store earlier this week and was absolutely thrilled with the service, as with the first time I ventured in to Brava late last year. The girls were SO kind and helpful, I cannot praise them enough. I find bra shopping a bit stressful but the girls just kept bringing in different bras for me to try on and guided me to what fit best. They listened to what I was looking for and headed in this direction but were able to think outside the box as to what might be suitable but slightly different to my initial request. Just wanted to say what a positive experience I had at your Highpoint store yesterday. I had not heard of Brava before and was actually on a mission to buy shoes and head straight home. However I thought I'll just pop in and have a quick look. I was greeted by Anna and she quickly ascertained what I was looking for (basic bra for work). After showing me to the fitting room (loved the 3 hook options) she brought in a small selection. Once we had tried the first couple, she knew what I was looking for. I found Anna to be knowledgeable, efficient and cheerful. Three new bras and a couple of pairs of knickers later, I left a very happy customer who will definitely return. I found myself making a mental list of other girlfriends I must tell about Brava. For a very long time I was having issues finding colourful and sexy bras for my size. I am big busted and could only shop at Myer. I found they only stocked either black or white bras for my size, which was getting boring. One day I was at Myer shopping for some new bras and was complaining to the lady how “boring looking” they were. She told me to go to BRAVA in Australia On Collins. I came across your business when I was in desperate need of a well-fitting bra, as all of the regular shops just didn't carry anything suited to my size. I ended up googling big bra stores in Melbourne last night and that's how I came across your website. This afternoon I came well out of my way to visit your Highpoint store and I was extremely happy with the range and especially the service. I went from being very uncomfortable talking to lingerie sales assistants about my cup size and getting properly fitted. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who helped me, because she made me feel so comfortable during what is usually a confidence lowering and dreaded task. I was able to find my perfect fit after just three different sizes which is the quickest it has ever been and I am now wearing the most supportive and well fitting bra I have ever owned. I am nowhere near the size that I have bought in the past, but I now know where to go in the future. Being a 19 year old with what I now know is a 8H size, I was actually looking into breast reduction surgery recently, although with such a great fitting bra now I don't think that will be necessary. Looking at your website I can tell that your Highpoint store reflects the ideology that is shown in your company's vision, and I would like thank you for creating a company which changes the way of an average lingerie store.

Can I just say how much I wish I had found Brava YEARS ago? As a well-endowed woman, I should feel like a goddess, but instead over the years I've been subject to:

* Snappy, mean, poorly trained "fitters" at Myer and David Jones - their grotty and harshly-lit change rooms add insult to injury.
* Being criticised by a boyfriend for "not buying bras at Target like normal girls do" (hello - because there is nothing there in my size! ...and don't worry, I got rid of him!)
* Terrible advice from Bras and Things - "the centre gore is meant to sit far away from your body if you have large breasts". (Oh and PS - not as if they knew the term "centre gore" - I only know that from the copious internet research I have had to do to teach myself how to fit my own bras, because no-one else in the bra-fitting industry seemed to have a clue...)

...that is... until I met Brava.

* Change rooms that are simply stunning - like a sumptuous boudoir!
* Such a gorgeous range, from workday to va va voom and everything in between.

I have always been a DD and hated it. I dreaded bra shopping like a trip to the dentist. Now I am working hard to get back to my pre-kids weight, and because my breast shape has changed, once I hit goal I am actually worried I am going to be smaller than a D. Once upon a time this would have delighted me. Now it horrifies me - because it means I can't be part of the Brava "club" anymore!

In a word, my experience was INCREDIBLY AWESOME. Ok, that's two words, but they are both deserved. You see, I'm a street model at Curvy Couture (the plus-size event at Melbourne Fashion Festival) in March, and I realised after various fittings of immaculately constructed designer clothes that my boobs appeared to be frowning at me. I have never invested in high quality underwear before, but I'd had a friend recommend Brava to me so I popped in to my local just for a peek at what was on offer. I was greeted by the lovely Pip, and I must admit I was a little nervous because she isn't plus size, and I was uneasy about how well she would be able to understand my struggles. Within about 30 seconds of talking it became evident that her size was irrelevant because she is an expert in the field, and an incredibly lovely person, to boot. I explained I needed 2 different bras to wear under the garments for the show, and she set to work helping me find the perfect size and styles. In total I probably tried on close to 10 different bras, and although the store was a little busy (she was also helping the lady in the dressing room next to mine), she never in any way made me feel rushed, pressured, or that her attention was in any way divided. She was patient and sincerely interested in how I felt about each bra, and knowledgeably navigated the stock to select the next option for me to try. Pip also provided great advice on caring for my purchases, and was just all round a wonderfully supportive and encouraging woman. I have only owned my bras for 2 days now, so I can't really comment on those. But what I will say is that my customer experience was so fantastic that I already consider myself a Brava convert, and have been recommending your shop/s to my well-endowed friends. I was recently in your Maribyrnong store where I received excellent friendly service from Elin. The hooks with the labels in the changing rooms made me laugh. What a great idea to avoid confusion. I came home with one new bra (wrapped in pretty pink tissue paper and in a lovely discrete carry bag) and another one on order. Two days later I received a phone call to say that my bra had been posted and I should receive it shortly. Two working days later (today) my bra arrived. Mind you, I live in country Victoria and sometimes the mail can be slow. I couldn't be any more pleased with the service I received on the day of purchase and following. Had the best bra shopping experience ever and I mean ever!!! No funny looks from the sales staff or them trying to squeeze you into a bra that they think will fit and no granny bras. I have always hated buying swimwear. That is most unfortunate as I love swimming! I guess I have never been fully satisfied with bathers that I have purchased as I have found it difficult (almost impossible) to get adequate coverage over the bust in non-specialist stores. It's very disheartening. Recently I discovered Brava online and was pleased to see that a store was opening in the Melbourne CBD. On a recent visit to Melbourne (from my home in Launceston) I called in to the store. Gracie responded to my query about swimwear. I showed her my current bathers (I had brought them in) and from that she showed me into the fitting room and brought me in many items to try. I was astounded as most of them were good for me. I ended up buying a swim bra, bottoms and a tankini. I feel very supported in the bust when I wear them and they look great. Pip was delightful and made me feel so comfortable and welcome while I tried on a zillion bras. Not quite a zillion, but I bet it feels that way when you have to hang them all up again. I just wanted to let you know I had a fantastic experience when shopping at Brava Highpoint today. Bra shopping has usually been an online experience for me as most stores don't stock my size, and I haven't shopped for bras in person for many years. I went into the store looking for bridal lingerie, and both staff members were friendly and helpful. I was served by Chloe who took the time to ask me about different aspects of my wedding dress and what I was wanting from the underwear. She provided me a range of different pieces to try on and examined the shape and fit. I have previously been wearing size 10G, Chloe showed me this was actually too big in the back, she moved me into an 8GG and the fit and feel was immediately better. I ended up buying two pieces for my wedding day, then once I got home brought another bra online at the Brava store - in my correct size. I'm 20 years old. For the past 4 years I have only shopped in Brava for my bras. My mum was not the best when I was going through the awkward stage of puberty. She didn't have the same problem: big bust. I say problem because it was. When she took me to get fitted I walked out with a size 10C. I thought, "This isn't comfortable but this is what I'll have to get used to because I have big boobs".

I got to the age of 16 where I started shopping by myself. I walked into bras and things and couldn't find a good fit. It was embarrassing learning this all on my own. The lady at bras and things referred me to Brava. Finally. I lived an hour from Melbourne. I got the courage to take the train into the city and onwards to Prahran. It was pouring that day with storms brewing. Walking in the rain from the station I finally made it to the charming boutique store. I dragged my younger brother with me and he slumped into the 'husband chair'.

Within moments I'd been fitted from my mums diagnosis of 10C to a 6F. Wow. I really feel that the experience I had as a young teenage girl in Brava changed things for me. I didn't have to feel ashamed of myself anymore. I felt I looked good. And comfortable. It was a relief that I didn't have to wear 'grandma' bras to support myself. But it was not only the 'bra' that made my experience. I was treated very well by your staff. I wish I remembered the lady's name. See the reason I can so comfortably walk into a clothing store now is because she made me feel like I was normal and perfect the way I was. She didn't cringe at my appearance half naked. I felt I had nothing to be shy about as a girl growing into a woman. Instead of "Your bust is too big and your back is too small to fit OUR bras" she made it "This is not the right bra for you, but we will find one that is". It was a huge turning point in body confidence for me. I even walked out with a sports bra!

Today as I was being served in your store at Highpoint, I was reminded of my first time being fitted when I overheard another young girl. I could hear her relief. She just grew more and more comfortable within herself each time she tried on another bra that 'fit' her. I felt so good knowing how much confident she'll feel now. I always recommend Brava because I'm certain any woman or young girl will walk out confident in herself and happy with the service. I hope your staff feel proud that they make so many woman's day. Just wanted to give you some feedback on my awesome Brava experience! I hadn't bought a bra since the birth if my second child who is now three. Having returned to exercise I had lost some weight and realized my bras were too loose. After a deflating experience at Myer the previous day, I decided to brave Brava Highpoint on a 40 degree day, both kids in tow, on a Saturday morning - yes I'm a wild child! I got to Brava ready to give my kids my iphone and dreading the whole experience, but I was directed to a comfortable couch and some toys and colouring books. I loved this place already! However, it was the service and the final outcome that nailed it - I came home with four beautiful and comfortable bras in my actual size (10DD and not 14C). I love them. I visited your Highpoint store this morning in search of a maternity bra. I had previously visited several Myer and Bras 'n Things stores in search of a bra with no success. I am currently 8 months pregnant with my first child and was finding that none of these stores catered for my increased breast size. On arrival I was greeted by a friendly staff member who seemed very happy to help me. I live in Warrnambool Victoria, 3 hours drive from Melbourne. My maternity bra fitting in Warrnambool was unsuccessful, leading me to good-ol' Google and I found Brava. I have been a customer of Brava's for a few years now. You guys make one of the worst possible shopping experiences bearable, thanks mostly to your high levels of service. Until now, buying a bra is second only to buying togs for self loathing and frustration. Today I was helped by Gracie. She was run off her feet with other customers in the change rooms, but was still able to simultaneously provide all of us with excellent service. It's SO much easier for someone to provide advice and suggestions than getting undressed and re-dressed every time you want to go back out to find a different garment, and having your previous purchases on the database makes the hunt so much easier!

I am a 'traditionally built' lass (to quote the Number One Ladies Detective Agency) and anyone who is knows that a normal shop won't do! I also have a sports bra from Brava and it's brilliant. I used to have them sent to me from the USA because they were impossible to find here. Not now! I'm thrilled to have found Brava and will keep coming back not only for the great range of underwear but also for the excellent service. Pip was attentive and helpful without making me feel monitored, finding me a great selection based on my vague description of looking for “something nice and colourful”. I was never made to feel like I was being a pain for changing my mind or wanting to try different styles, and when bras that I liked were not available in my size she would find plenty of other similar options for me to try on.

As someone who is notoriously terrible at finding bras that fit, I could not believe it when less than an hour later I left with 5 bras that fit perfectly and were exactly what I came in for – nice and colourful.

As a large girl with very large boobs, I find bra shopping to be a nightmare. I have left many other shops in tears, not only due to the lack of stock that they have to fit me, but also due to the way the staff treat me.

None of the above has ever been a problem at Brava. I first discovered you just over two years ago when I was getting married. I had been to many shops in Melbourne and just couldn't find anything to wear under my wedding dress. It was all very traumatic and distressing. Until I found your city store on Google. Within the hour I was visiting your store. Not only did I walk out with prettiest white (& hot pink - my favourite colour) bra and knickers set suitable for a wedding, I also had the biggest smile on my face. I had finally found something I felt pretty in. I also brought two other bras that day. Over the past few years, I have brought quite a few more as well.

Now, getting back to a few weeks ago. I was served by Pip and she was an absolute delight. She was so informative, knowledgeable and professional. She was also very kind and caring. I brought a black bra that was suitable for work and Pip made sure it all fit correctly. I then ordered two more of the same design in different colours. Two days later, I got a phone call to say that one of the colours had sold out, but the other was on order. I was impressed to be notified so quickly. Then just over a week later, I got a text message to say the red set had arrived. As I live a long distance away from Highpoint, the staff said they were happy to hold the bra for a few weeks until I could make it in. This makes me so happy. So now Thursday night, I have a planned trip to Highpoint to pick up my new set and I can wait!

Until Brava was initiated, my options for bras were limited to overseas shipping with no guarantee of a fit or a sub-standard competitor. I was never given a correct fit & always felt uncomfortable. I was fitted for a gorgeous bikini and it was the first time in my life to have such a fun, colourful & perfectly-fitting, supportive bikini top. The lady that fitted me was so helpful, patient and best of all, knew the brands, sizing & how to fit properly back to front! She wasn't giving up until we found the perfect fit. Usually doing the swimwear or bra shop I have always walked out with bras that are ill-fitting, but the closest to fitting that I could get. And honestly, feeling most upset with my body. I have been shopping at Brava ever since I heard about you 6 years ago. I was about 14 at that time, and after many tears in a Bras N Things change room (as not one bra in the store fit me, let alone the "pretty ones" that a 14 year old wants) the shopkeeper gave me your card. I love coming to Brava as you get one-on-one assistance from the moment you walk in the door. The fitters get to know you by name and understand your big-letter/small-number difficulties. It's wonderful being able to have a choice of bras, sports bras and bikinis. The staff are amazing and always willing to go the extra mile, dig for that irregular bra size, and order in what they don't have.

I just thought I'd send in a quick email about my fantastic experience yesterday at the Melbourne store. I was served by Pip, who was absolutely exceptional. I've been a customer of Brava for many years and my experience yesterday was the best I've ever had at a Brava store.

I'm getting married in a couple of weeks and wanted to buy a few new lingerie sets for my honeymoon. Pip was very helpful, genuinely excited for me and extremely knowledgeable about the range of lingerie in stock - she knew exactly which styles and sizes that would be perfect for my body shape, which can sometimes be a bit tricky to get right. She was very professional and personable and immediately made me feel at ease (definitely an achievement when trying on lingerie in front of a stranger!).

I originally planned on only buying one or two lingerie sets, however I was so happy with all the styles Pip suggested that I couldn't leave them behind! I ended up spending over $500 and will be going back next week when the bras she's also ordered for me arrive in store. I could not be more happy with my experience yesterday and just wanted to let you know what a fantastic employee you have!

Once again, I had a fabulous visit to Brava on Thursday last week, this time at the Highpoint store. I've always found the purchase of a bra to be a stressful, demoralising and a just-plain-god-awful experience that has left me in tears and empty-handed. Since discovering Brava one day while wandering through the city, I have never looked back! Oops... I tell a lie... just last month while on holiday in Queensland I subjected myself to one of those demoralising bra shopping experiences and left the store...in tears and shaking my head thinking "I should have just waited and gone to Brava!".

Anyway, back to my Highpoint visit... Upon arrival at the store I was greeted in such a way that automatically put me at ease - my fitter introduced herself and asked me how she could assist me. I explained my needs and was taken through to the fitting rooms. Love the pegs in there by the way! I was in brilliant hands. Right from the first bra I tried on to check on the size and cup fitting, my fitter knew her bras. She knew when to go up or down a size based on the cut and make of different bras, recognised that I had a short (but cuddly) body so bandless was best, and even chose bras without the wires between my breasts rising so high as to stick out or poke me in the chin! She knew her stock so well that few bras made it to 'No, thanks'.I was thrilled to have bras on my 'maybe' and 'love it' pegs! How the fitter managed to juggle the two, and at times three/four, of us with our different needs all without losing a beat and treating us with utter dignity (not pulling the curtain open wide to expose us, assisting where needed or knowing to give space) seemed natural and effortless. One doesn't come across people very often who seem to enjoy their work, and be happy for the customer... not the sale.

While not everything I wanted was in stock (this I'm ok with - it goes with being big-breasted) I got to check out the catalogue and was able to order COLOURS (that's right, she did mention something about the colours it came in, but I was dazzled to find a bra that fit so well)! Woo hoo! I would have been happy to leave a deposit but was told it wasn't necessary - now that's nice - knowing that if I didn't end up purchasing the stock it wasn't going to be a hassle to get my money back. I actually live just over an hour from Melbourne so wanted to pay for all my orders, and postage, so it could just be sent out when it came in store. The fitter said she would follow it up for me and find out if it was possible and give me a call. Sure enough, I got a phone call later that day and was able to pay for everything. Now I get to wait for my surprises in the mail (which we only get every 3 days)! Yep, not excited or anything! I was so elated on leaving the store I just happened to check out the babydoll rack... sure enough... something a little special for me (and hubby - but mostly me)! Wow - something sexy, pretty and in my size! Had to have it, too!

Anyway, I felt compelled to tell you that I think Brava is fantastic! It's lovely to have somewhere to shop that is not just for being big-busted, but bigger sized also, which allows me to feel like a woman again. You are providing a brilliant service to not just the clothing industry, but to women's self esteem! I tell everyone about you. I also felt compelled to extol the virtues of my fitter who was probably just doing what she does best.... but made my day! I love being a Brava woman! To Brava and my fitter - 'Thank you' just doesn't seem enough.

I'm sure you hear this all the time (I sure hope so!) but I wanted to get in contact and tell you what a fantastic experience I had at your Goldsbrough Lane shop on Wednesday. I had not been into a Brava shop before, and I was on my last day of a break between uni and work so I decided to head in and check it out. I know you've heard all the stories of disappointments in other lingerie shops, so I won't repeat them here. I'm happy to say those days are over!

The shop looked incredible and had a great atmosphere and I was pleasantly surprised to note the range of sizes on the racks (you never believe it until you see it!). While hovering over a lovely pansy-covered Freya bra I was approached and had a quick chat which resulted in me joining the queue for the fitting rooms. Here I met Pip. She did all of the right things - ALL OF THEM!! She ascertained my needs, treated me like a real person, asked what I wanted and what I wear and bought me an amazing array of products. She walked me through the trial and error process (being terribly tolerant of the fact that I was a wee bit hot and bothered!). She made the whole experience fun and made me feel important and attractive and like I was part of the process - not just a problem to be solved.

While we couldn't find my perfect bra (50's shape in a nice bold colour) I did go home with a fabulous new bra that fits my needs and feels great on (I'm home alone today and am still wearing it - it's that comfy!), an order for the lovely pansy one, a serious wish list, links to the web site, and a fabulous feeling! You have a great business and I'm impressed by how happy your staff are. I am especially impressed by Pip but I have faith that your hiring process means that you get the very best. I do hope you pass on my thanks to the City shop and to Pip in particular, my visit to Brava has restored a lot of my faith in shopping! Keep up the amazing work and I will be visiting again soon.

I would like to let you know that I had the best experience at your Highpoint store. First of all, I'm not a very showy person and never get fitted for the right bra knowing deep down I'm screaming for help! I get shy and I hate feeling like this at my age 36 it's embarrassing to admit.

I was at Myer Highpoint and needed to buy maternity bras (first time) and I'm in my 2nd trimester. So this is all new to me and I needed help. I asked a lady about some bras and she looked at me like I was asking her if she sold hot dogs? After her weird look I grabbed some bras and hated everything, I started to cry in the change rooms got dressed and remembered your new store.

I walked in and got greeted by a wonderful person by the name of Bianca. I asked her for some help and yet again I got emotional and started to cry. Bianca immediately asked me if I wanted some water and attenend to my needs. She was so beautiful and made me feel better straight away, I felt so much better and was happy to have Bianca help me find the right bra. She fitted me perfectly and I walked away with 2 new bras. I apologised for crying, but I guess the awesome hormones that women get to experience daily its hard to control, she was a breath of fresh air and a blessing to have in a nice store.

I wore my bra today and loved it! The straps didn't dig in and my boobs finally have a proper home. I look forward to going back and having Bianca help me again. You have great staff , thanks for making me feel better.

For years I've struggled to find comfortable bras that fit properly and look nice. I have used your company for some years now and think that it is just amazing! The store in Prahran has always set a high standard for customer service, and after my trip to Highpoint yesterday I can now say that the high level of standards is right up there at Highpoint too.

I walked into the store and was greeted with smiles. Pip was the girl who assisted me and she was fantastic. I walked in and basically told her I use to be a 12 or 10H and have recently lost weight and have no idea what size I am now. She suggested a size to start with, and knew the range very well as I explained what my old bra was and she knew exactly the one and worked from there.

Bra shopping is never enjoyable for me. But I was in and out within 15-20 minutes with bras in hand and a smile on my face and the experience was just lovely. I don't normally give feedback after shopping, but visiting Brava on Bourke Street today was such a great experience that I wanted to. I'd never been in before, and was a little bit anxious because in my experience, bra shopping tends to be difficult and/or disappointing. I'm quite a difficult person to please when it comes to bras, and my fit (6GG) is always difficult to find, especially in the styles I'm after (not a fan of balcony bras!). As soon as I walk into the store, I am greeted and helped by knowledgeable and kind staff. The store is always neat, organised and, more importantly, warm. The staff ask the right questions and find out what I'm looking for exactly, and always fit me with the correct sized bras. They know a lot about their bras, and are helpful in answering my qualms about what I should get, since most bras I like do not come in my size, but the next band up.

From my last visit, I went in looking for one bra and left with two perfectly fitting bras. This is my go-to shop, and I always look forward to my visits because I know I'm going to find what I'm looking for - even if I don't know what that is yet.

Just wanted to say I visited your store in Prahran on Saturday with my mum and was so impressed by the girls there. My mum is not very mobile and Pip and another young girl (unfortunately I didn't get her name... kinda curly hair, with glasses, I think) were so amazing and accommodating. Just wanted to let you know about how fantastic the staff at high point store were on Tuesday night for their 15% off sale. They were very busy but managed to make us all feel amazing, comfortable and confident in our perfectly fitting bras. I am a trained bra fitter and am a difficult size to fit. Generally people find it hard to fit me. I am also fussy, because I don't like bras that are too "granny like". Anna was patient, courteous, professional and persistent. She did well to find me two bras that I liked and that fit. I think she did a really good job while remaining calm and professional. My Brava experience was a wonderful, positive experience from my first tentative foot in the door of the Prahran store to my second visit there to collect extra bras that I'd ordered. I've always been very "well-endowed", as my mother put it, & have always had to wear practical bras with good support - no tiny, lacy egg-cup bras for me! As I got older I continued to buy the same styles & models with just a few fittings in department stores along the way. Belatedly, I began to realise that my shape was in desperate need of an overhaul - hence my visit to Brava! The fabulous Kathleen patiently brought bra after bra for me to try - each time making a marked improvement in shape & silhouette! I happily went off with two different styles and also ordered a sports bra. My sister thought I'd lost weight & I was seriously pleased with my new boob shape!!! My second trip was to collect the sports bra & two more of the style that I preferred. While I must confess that I don't remember the name of the assistant who assisted me today, I cannot speak more highly of her, nor of how warranted your reputation is. I had previously researched via Google as to the best place to go for a bra fitting, and Brava's name came up over and over again... I visited your Melbourne store today, and within moments of arriving was greeted so warmly and with much enthusiasm. There was no awkwardness, no feeling self-concious, just the knowledge that you were in the hands of someone who knew exactly what they were doing - and better yet, no measuring tape. Your assistant simply looked, whisked away, and was back in seconds with the most perfect fitting bra. I couldn't have been happier. Being properly fitted is amazing, and I was, so quickly and with such warmth and expertise.

I was so happy in fact, that I wore my new correct fitting bra out of the store, and had the assistant throw the one I had been wearing in the trash. To any woman who wants to be fitted and helped by an expert - go to Brava. For their service alone, they are more than worthwhile. For their range, they are great. For their knowledge and expertise, they are amazing.

It was recommended to us by David Jones Chadstone that we visit your store, as you specialise in the larger bras. For the first time, Kate was able to try on bras that actually fit and was able to enjoy this most feminine experience without feeling 'crap I can't find one to fit'. After wearing her new bra the next day, Kate said that she didn't hurt at the end of the day and she feels absolutely great... So again, a big thankyou to Brava for providing a bra that actually fits the bigger busted woman. Cheers and we will be back for sure!

On a visit from country Victoria, I stopped at Brava lingerie in Prahran to have a look at your selection of bras in larger sizes. Karen kindly helped me and fitted me into an Elomi Caitlyn bra in my correct size. I bought three bras, including Elomi Betty and an Elomi three-piece swimsuit called Panzara. I had to write to tell you that it was the best thing I have done this year. I wear a 20 F and have been wearing uncomfortable and ill-fitting bras for years. I have worn one of my new bras every day, and they do not move once I have them on (including the straps which before always fell of my shoulders). The Caitlyn gives me a lovely line and I could not be more pleased that I found you Brava, and online at that. Karen was just so helpful and I felt very comfortable with her, so you will absolutely see me in your shop again and also online if I can’t get down to see you.

OMG! This place has made my life so much easier and less stressfull! Found when my boyfriend was sick of me talking about ill fitting bras. He did a quick google and we were there within a half hour. As soon as I saw the store I was excited and not worrying. Having HH sized boobs makes it a bit hard to find bras let alone nice, pretty ones! We both went around the store picking out pretty stuff and I got trying.

Alice was my fitter and she instantly told me what would work and what wouldn't and she got about 20 different bras for me to try which was great as usually I am lucky if there is one ugly Grandma one in my size. She was young and fun not one of these awkward middle aged women with A cups who just make you feel weird and try to sell you bras that don't fit. She was truthful and wouldn't let me buy anything that didn't fit.

Also, we picked out some sexy corsets and stuff and whenever Alice and I both agreed that something looked good she was very obliging to let my boyfriend in to look. The quality is fantastic and the stuff is actually nice and sexy! Underwire that goes to where it's meant to and cups that hold up your boobs and no tiny little straps that don't do anything or really awkward thick ones that are hard to hide.

I used to cry everytime I went bra shopping because no one could find anything to fit and would pressure me into things and just make me feel like a freak. Now I am so excited to go back!!!! Prices and around the $80-$130 mark but with big boobs thats pretty normal.

I was in your Prahran store last Saturday and I have to say that Karen turned my experience of bra shopping on its head! I already felt comfortable from the lack of tiny bras in the shop, but Karen was by far the best bra fitter I've ever been helped by. She didn't judge, she didn't make any rude comments, she didn't even bat an eyelid when I told her my size (12FF or 10G).

I'm used to bra fitters being negative, snide and not grasping the fact that I want pretty bras. Karen was very patient, brought me a huge number of bras to try on and even found me a gorgeous new bikini. She also wouldn't let me buy a bra that I liked, which was too big for me. I spent a lot of money (over $500) but I walked out happy. Not traumatised, upset, angry or cursing my shape.

Thank you Karen! And thank you Brava. I'm ranting to everyone who will listen about the great experience I've had with your store and your staff.

I just wanted to say what fantastic customer service I received at the Prahran store. I've always struggled to find the right fitting bra, and have opted for minimizers in the past. However the other day I visited the Prahran store and was fitted by Karen, who did a great job; she got a strapless bra that actually supported me - which is something I never dreamed could be done! I just wanted to say how great the store is, and how impressed I am by the quality of the products and staff.

I first heard about Brava in a review on Frocks & Frou Frou blog about 18 months ago. But it was only today that I tried it out for myself. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Today I was fitted by one of your amazing staff at your Australia on Collins store. It was unlike any other fitting and before long I was out of my useless 22DD and into a sexy, well fitted 18F. Your staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I had 35 minutes and in that time I was fitted, tried on at least 10 bras, purchased a set and ordered another. You have a customer for life!
