Online
Ordering over the Internet enables you to access real time pricing and information of our entire product range. It also allows you to view order history, create wish lists and many other features to save time and effort. All online orders are treated as an express intention to purchase the nominated goods for the agreed online prices. We reserve the right to alter the agreed price if an incorrect price was caused by a software fault, error or malicious attack.

All phone or email orders are treated as an express intention to purchase the nominated goods for a previously quoted price.

7. Pricing

Unless otherwise specified, all prices on our website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Order Process

  • You will be advised if additional postage costs are required to be added to your order.
  • Once payment has been accepted, your order will be processed within 24 hours and dispatched according to the Delivery timelines displayed.
  • You will be notified via email or phone if delays in shipping occur.

8. Methods of Payment

When ordering online we accept the following methods of payment:
• Secure credit card transactions with Dialect using Secure Socket Layer technology for VISA, Master Card or AMEX. Credit cards are charged at the time of your order. If a card has been declined after a 2nd attempt the following day, you will be informed by email.
• PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account.
• A payment is considered complete when the funds have been cleared.

For offline payments we accept the following methods of payment:
• Over the phone: VISA, Master Card and AMEX credit cards. Credit cards are charged at the time of your order. If a card has been declined after a 2nd attempt the following day, you will be informed by email.
• Direct Deposit. You can easily deposit money into Brava’s bank account via direct deposit or by visiting your local branch.
• A payment is considered complete when the funds have been cleared.


9. Delivery

Inside Australia: Orders sent within Australia will be sent via Australia Post for standard parcels.

Outside Australia: Orders sent internationally will be sent via Registered International Air Mail.

10. Returns

As we provide a fitting service in each of our stores, our in-store returns policy differs from our online returns policy. For in-store purchases, we offer store credit and exchanges only.

If your online purchase does not fit, or is not acceptable, you may choose to receive a refund, store credit or exchange on items purchased from us within 14 days of dispatch, including sale items. Please refer to our Returns page for more information about online and in-store Returns.
